There is one thing about building that most people are hesitant about: MONEY!!!
We take all the guess work and uncertainty out of the picture. There is a great amount of communication between us and the homeowner. On several of our plans we offer fixed contract pricing to ensure we do not exceed your budget. If you have a more customized plan we work off of a cost plus contract.
We pride ourselves on staying within the quoted amount. The main issue with billing is usually
miscommunication. There is no confusion when or how much the payment is. One great convenience we provide is that we usually require only 4 -6 payments for the whole house. There will be no having to meet us late on Friday afternoon to pay weekly. Here are some examples of how we charge:
Scenario 1: Fixed/Contract Price for $100,000
First payment due when the following are completed:

40% Due: $40,000
Second payment due when the following are completed:

Scenario #2: Cost Plus 20% Custom Home

We quote the total cost (materials and labor) of the home to be $100,000.

We charge 20% of $100,000 for overhead, insurance, tools, office fees,
and profit.

We have a detailed list of all invoices and cost breakdown on the job. It is
presented on an easy to follow spreadsheet. We try our best to eliminate
any conflict of prices. We collect payments on the same schedule of work
completion. We collect a portion of our 20% on each payment.
